was started in 1997 as an Executive/Technical Search
Firm, specializing in IT and Data Warehouse placements.
Today, the company is a group of
search organizations focused on recruiting in several
unique areas.

On January 1st 2001, High
Tech Professionals, Inc. began working under the name H.T.
PROF Executive Search. This was done to better
reflect our ability to conduct searches across other
technologies and industries. Our specialization at that
time had expanded to include Telecommunication/Wireless
and Legal/Lawyers. Today, we no longer recruit Lawyers
but have started to focus on the growing areas of
Security, Bio Tech/Bio Informatics and Spatial/GIS
The H.T. PROF umbrella now has
three main components. H.T. PROF ISRAEL, H.T. PROF -
Clean Tech and BIO-PARTNERS Search Group, LLC.

January 2002, marked
another milestone in the growth of our company. H.T. PROF
Executive Search. We announced the creation of H.T. PROF ISRAEL (see below) as a separate organization
dedicated to developing and growing relationships with
Israeli companies doing business in the United States.
For the past several years, we have
worked with over 150 Israeli companies in providing them
resources and/or business guidance. As a member of the
American-Israel Chamber of Commerce (AICC), we were part
of the February 2001 and November 2002 Business Missions
to Israel. In 2005 we traveled to Israel with Georgia
Governor Sonny Perdue, to help generate business for the
State of Georgia. We now have representatives in Israeli
once or twice a year. Each of these trips result in
nearly 100 meetings with VCs, companies, and incubators
in many cities including Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa,
Ra'anana and Yokneam.

July 2008, H.T. PROF - Clean Tech (see below) was established as a
separate organization dedicated to developing and growing
relationships with both Israeli and U.S. companies doing
business in the areas of Solar, Water, Alternative
Energy....

BIO-PARTNERS Search Group, LLC. was
created in 2005. The group is a partnership of highly
experienced, successful recruiters specializing in key
talent for pharmaceutical, biotech/life sciences, medical
device, bioinformatics, information technology, &
healthcare corporations.

Over the past 2 years over $250 million in venture
capital has been raise, to focus on “Clean
Tech”. One of the most recent was Israel Clean Tech,
who raised $75million. All of this activity is feeding
the Israeli entrepreneur spirit that has been so
successful in other areas.
We have made a commitment to focus on "Clean
Tech" by creating a separate company. For the 2nd
half of 2008 we will be building a data base of Companies
and Individuals that need to hire and/or are looking for
career opportunities.
ARE WE ONLY GOING TO FOCUS ON ISRAELI
COMPANIES?
The answer to this is NO. We will grow our customer base
with both Israeli and U.S. companies.
WHAT AREAS WILL H.T. PROF - CLEAN TECH FOCUS
ON?
The areas and sub areas we are focused on are list on the
MAIN page. Additional information is listed below.
WATER
For many years, Israel has been the global leader in
delivering water solutions. Many of these were
infrastructure and irrigation in nature. The Israelis
have also been on the cutting edge of desalination.
Today, one of the hottest areas in the water industry is
filtration and Israel has several companies selling
solutions in this area.
For this reason, the water industry will be one of our
primary focuses. We’ve recently placed the U.S.
President with a major Israeli Water company
(infrastructure) and are currently working with one of
the leading filtration company. We are also doing a
search for a desalination company.
SOLAR
Israel also has extensive experience in developing Solar
technologies. The two main areas of research and
development for Solar technology are Photovoltaic and
Solar Thermal.
We’ve already start to recruit for Israeli Solar
companies dealing with increasing Silicon efficiencies in
both the PV and Solar Thermal areas. We have a customer
that is close to developing a 3rd generation solar break
through.
ALTERNATIVE ENERGY
Alternative Engery can include Wind, Hydro or Biomass
solutions. It also includes everything from Electric
Vehicles to BioFuels.
OTHER
There are other areas of “Clean Tech” that
includes efficiencies of energy. There are many
entrepreneurs in Israel that are focused on areas as
diverse as Lighting to Motors. We think some of these
areas will be huge. As companies start to grow we will
work with them where appropriate.
One last area under Other that we don't want to leave off
is Agriculture. We've worked with a major Israeli Seed
company in placing people in the U.S. We'll take this
experience a grow the business where appropriate.
